The recruitment process
one 2 one are with you throughout the recruitment process and, owing to our extensive experience, can offer guidance and advice to our clients to ensure that you achieve your recruitment goals.
From the point of instruction, we will implement an appropriate action plan, ideally at a face to face meeting, which will ensure we have a full understanding of your requirements. We will also ascertain the skills required and, equally importantly, the personality fit for your business.
As soon as a suitable shortlist is identified, we will forward detailed curriculum vitae, providing background information and a personal assessment about selected individuals. A further interview of selected candidates will be conducted by our Consultant providing the individuals with additional relevant information regarding the vacancy requirements.
At any stage of the recruitment process we are able to provide you with a detailed progress report, keeping you informed and providing you with expert advice to ensure a trouble free exercise.
