Our client a well established organisation within the education sector offers an excellent opportunity for a Fees / Administration Manager. Based within the head office the role will see you overseeing the collection of fees and other monies due to the organisation. You daily responsibilities will include the management of timely and accurate billing and collection of fees, liaising with clients and dealing with any issues arising. The suitable candidate will have excellent communication skills with the ability to deal with sometimes complex issues in a diplomatic but effective manner. You will also have good IT systems ability to include MS Excel. Looking after a small dedicated team, you will demonstrate proven supervisory skills with the ability to provide guidance and support as and when necessary.
