Key skills required Providing general admin support, analysing mobile phone usage reports and reporting trends, answering incoming telephone calls and dealing with customer queries,processing of company mobile phones & associated equipment, IS asset recording and verification,processing of departmental invoices and raising purchase orders. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and self motivated, possess sound numeric and analytical skills, with a high standard of PC literacy skills including Word and Excel, coupled with excellent customer service and a confident and professional telephone manner.
