A professional, service led Candidate with the ability to work proactively and manage customer orders and liaiase closely with the Supply Chain Manager.Other duties include:Processing orders in line with process flows and procedures in an efficient and timely manner. Monitor orders placed and advise customers of any changes, Invoice orders in a timely manner and at the correct value in line with procedures & guidelines Produce shipping documents for all imminent customer DDP orders Issue credit notes and manual debit notes as required Following guidelines and procedures arrange product uplifts Process sample requests according to procedures and guidelines Process new customer enquiries according to procedures & guidelines Ensure that the customer master data is kept up to date and correct Perform general administration duties as required.
